Call of Duty Laser Tag 40th birthday party

I just turned 40 and I had Equinox Laser Tag host my Birthday Party. Talk about FUN!!! Not only did I get to play with all my friends, my kids got to play as well! The equipment is no Joke! It's made of metal and extremely accurate, if you don't use the red dot scope that is mounted on top of the tagger you are not going to hit anything.
This was great for the kids as well as the adults. We played Call of Duty with silenced machine guns and the kids played Clone Wars in Star Wars Blaster mode.
We started at 8:30pm while it was still light out and we identified teams by the colored foam tips on the taggers, by night fall teams could be identified by the color of the muzzle flash (blue and red). We ended up playing till 12:30 at night, So Much Fun!!!
If you've never tried outdoor laser tag it is a whole different world than indoor. I understand that the equipment can be adjusted to use indoors as well. That would be really cool to do some CQB (Close Quarters Battle) in a building somewhere like Rainbow Six!
The party hosts were awesome too! They took time to explain how the system works and they even gave us some tips and tricks on how to win. I love playing paintball and airsoft, but I quickly discovered that this is a much faster game and way more accurate. They were able to program our taggers to emulate specific firearms with the amount of damage, clip size, fire rate and reload time. They even had semi-auto, three round burst and full auto. We even did some games with the mil-sim mode which sounded like a real gun shot. You could even hear the shell casing hit the ground, Way Cool!!!!
Sorry the review was so long. I just really had a good time and so did all my friends. I hear they are opening a fixed location, you can bet I'll be the first in line.
